Is It Possible to Balance Returns
And Have a Positive Impact On The Environment?

YES.

We Have Proof…

A Success Story:
Technology Enhanced Oil (TEO)

Our Philosophy is to Ensure the Reduction of Carbon Footprints and Environmental Impact

Technology Enhanced Oil (TEO), TEH’s predecessor, has created a new, high ESG standard in oil field management:

  •  Boosting oil production by delivering a tailor-made mix of clean, innovative and disruptive technologies for each particular well
  • Extends the life of existing vertical wells for decades, avoiding
as far as possible, new drilling by reactivating uneconomic wells
using eco-friendly, safe and low-cost technologies
  • Preventing an imbalance in the ecosystem by recycling salt saturated water into the same geological formation
  • Our technologies have benefits beyond production increase: significant cost efficiencies over time, consistent performance, and other sustainable competitive advantages
  • Ongoing screening of new technologies

Scalability and repeatability of TEH’s technologies and processes have been demonstrated through the operations in Texas.

There has been a constant focus on economic efficiency in both reactivations and technology works from the operations team, leading to a general improvement of economics for such jobs, similar to the remarkable improvement seen in recurring LOE. The refinement in the process for targeting assets for technology works, combined with increased experience and more efficient new technologies, improved the economic and environmental performance of those jobs.

Our proven field experience in delivering innovative clean tech solutions results in increased production, profitability and capital value

A Natural Evolution

With hundreds of new technologies available, TEH’s inherited competitive advantage is a successful track-record in assessing and implementing the successful ones.

            Renewable White Natural Hydrogen Production

            Hydrogen Rush
            The End of Carbon-Based Energy?

White Natural Hydrogen is our best chance to lower the global greenhouse effect. It burns cleanly, leaving only water behind. It has many potential uses, such as feedstock, fertilizer, fuel or as an energy carrier. It is versatile in production and consumption, offering variety in clean production pathways and flexibility in supply chains.

Flows of White Natural Hydrogen have been documented throughout the world, primarily above deep continental crusts, for example in Central Africa, Russia, Brazil and the US.

            • Economic white hydrogen production has existed in Africa for several years, with no sign of loss of pressure
            • Hydrogen from the earth: Large reservoirs are under exploration in a number of countries such as Brazil, Morocco, Ukraine, USA with large multinationals
            • Demand seems to focus on White Natural Hydrogen, making it the ultimate clean hydrogen resource. White Natural Hydrogen production uses renewable energy to create hydrogen fuel.

TEH is ready to rise to the challenge of hydrogen extraction by leveraging its proven experience in clean and economical oil and gas technologies implementation to become a leading, successful and profitable operator for natural hydrogen fields.

            Hydrocarbon Reforming

Transforming Old Wells into Sources of Clean Hydrogen

In-situ conversion of oil into hydrogen is a new technique that can draw up huge quantities of White Natural Hydrogen while leaving the carbon in the ground. Injecting oxygen into the fields raises the temperature and liberates H2, which can then be separated from other gases via specialist filters.
It represents a genuine transition pathway for the $21 trillion natural gas industry; making the most of existing downstream infrastructure, without oil and gas production problems.
A Canadian company has developed in-situ heavy hydrocarbon reforming by oxygen injection producing hydrogen and oil. White Natural Hydrogen is extracted through palladium membranes, which then act as a hydrogen filter.*
Other companies in Norway, US and England, are developing other technologies for in-situ reforming of hydrocarbons into hydrogen. While those technologies are still in development, they might play an important role in hydrogen production.

*TEH is considering licensing some of these technologies for production in Texas and elsewhere.

Hethos will focus on adapting disruptive clean technologies to face the challenges raised by renewable White Natural Hydrogen production and hydrocarbon reforming

            Providing:
            Environmentally friendly

            • H2 reservoirs adapted wells architecture

We are constantly screening potential investments that could fulfill our clean energy transition selection criteria. We believe there will be more emerging opportunities that we can capitalize on.
